Handcrafted dollhouse 1:12 scale Pie Safe
In the 19th century, the Pennsylvania Germans introduced a wooden cupboard with tiny holes used to store baked goods and other kitchen goodies. Pie safes varied in size and shape but were widely used before the invention of ice boxes and refrigerators. Each one I made is different from the other there are no two alike All pie safes are one of a kind the tin panels will be different on each cupboard I make.
